The Situation Prior to the Exchange
Prior to joining the Right Media Exchange, DMG mostly operated as in-house media buying department, buying for specific advertisers and optimizing individual campaigns. Campaign execution and optimization was very manual in nature, involving management and integration of complex, multi-step processes, which covered measurement, inventory management, prediction and traffic allocation. By adopting the RMX platform, DMG has significantly developed and grown its business. In particular it has been able to:

  2. Monetize a much greater proportion of our publisher traffic, helping drive stronger business relationships with them.
